Financial Services: Direct or indirect sale of virtual money and/or cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin, Etherium, and Ripple, as well as data and virtual money mining and sale of their systems, goods and services are forbidden. Sales regarding any type of pyramid sale models and/or ponzi schemes, credit allocation to third parties or sales regarding commitment for allocation, sale of any type of investment transactions, sales regarding stock certificates, bills of exchange, bonds or other current, publicly- traded negotiable instruments, promotion for the sale of money against interest and similar activities made by persons other than the organizations that are authorized to carry out banking activities, calls for crowdfunding and/or collection of grants or subscription fees for associations, clubs, foundations or other communities and/or commercial enterprises regardless of whether they have a legal personality or not, all transactions regarding payment of bills and any and all sale of goods and services that may be subject of collection, are forbidden.
Goods with Health Declaration (with Indication Information): As per the Informative Letter dated 25.04.2014 of the Ministry of Health, it is forbidden to promote or sell goods that include health declaration, i.e., statements mentioning, arguing or implying to be beneficial for human health directly or indirectly or to be effective on, to prevent from or to treat any illness or their symptoms, in their promotion.
Prescription or Non-Prescription Medications, Lenses and Prescription Glasses: It is forbidden to promote or sell any type of prescription medications, including also those given to pets, any type of substances used in making prescription or non-prescription medications, all consumption goods contained within the health category even if they lack medication characteristics (dietary supplement, vitamin, etc.), prescription glasses, opthalmic glasses, lenses, and hearing aids.
Firearms, Knives, Military Equipment, Combustible and Explosive Substances: It is forbidden to sell or promote all functioning or inoperative blank cartridge, air, pump, ball cartridge firearms discharging real or plastic bullets, pepper sprays (tear gas), shockers, any type of ammunition (bullet, grenade, molotov cocktail, land-sea mines, etc.), explosive substances, any type of firearms manufactured to be used for assault or defense, any type of sharp and penetrating objects (flick knife, bayonet, machete, mace, sword, knuckles, dagger, etc.) except for those having the feature of collection and having been produced at least 50 (fifty) years ago, the swords used in fencing sport and cutting and chopping knives used in preparation of food as kitchenware, any type of materials and substances including, but not limited to fertilizer, definitions, sketches, drawings, 3D drawings and similar information sale resources regarding the production of weapons, festival and signal cartridges, and the explosives used as instruments for games and fun if in excess of five kilograms.
Cultural and Natural Properties, Medals and Decorations: The relevant classification and registration are made under the provisions of "The Classification, Registration and Admission to the Museums of the Movable Cultural and Natural Properties Requiring Preservation" in order to determine whether the movable cultural and natural properties that need to be preserved under the provision of "Due to their importance in our national history, the documents and articles bearing historical value regarding the National Struggle and the establishment of the Republic of Turkey, personal belongings, documentation, letters and similar movables of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk
" as mentioned in Law No. 2863 on Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage, require preservation. Those artifacts which are left out of classification and registration and which are deemed not to be worthy of admission to museums must be returned to their owners against the document. The artifacts without any document of classification and registration are forbidden to be sold or promoted over Shopier. According to the Law No. 2923 on Medals and Decorations, it is forbidden to sell or promote State Medal of Honor, State Commendation Medal, State Meritorious Service Medal, State War Medal and State Decoration, Republican Decoration and Order of Merit.
Tobacco and Tobacco Products and Electronic Cigarette: As per paragraphs 1, 2, 5, 11 and 14 of article 3 of Law No. 4207 on Prevention and Control of the Damages of Tobacco Products, it is forbidden to sell or promote tobacco, tobacco products and similar products and any type of products bearing their names, brands or inscriptions or that are similar to these products or that have shapes reminding these products, cigarettes, cigars and electronic cigarettes and cartridges of electronic cigarettes.
Alcoholic Beverages: The sale of any type of alcoholic beverages and the making of advertisements, publicity and promotion regarding alcoholic beverages are forbidden.
Drugs and Addictive Substances and the Instruments of Their Use: It is forbidden to sell natural or chemical substances, and any type of drugs and stimulants, whose sale and consumption are prohibited as per the applicable legislation, and to post anything about them.
Organ Sale: It is forbidden to sell humans, human organs and parts of the body as well as blood, bone, sperm and similar substances.
Animal Sale: It is forbidden to sell any type of animal including, but not limited to pets.
Traffic Devices: The sale of radar detectors, radar lockers, vehicle plate covers, traffic sign changers and relevant products, are forbidden.
Radio and Telecommunications Devices: It is forbidden to sell all radios that are not compatible with the Regulation on Short Range Radio Devices and that require licensing from Information Technologies and Communications Authority.
Copies, Off-brand Products, Knockoffs, Imitations: Under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the sale of any type of audio and video transmitters as well as off-brand sale of books are forbidden, except for the products having a collection and antique value. The sale or promotion of the products that have been registered as design, brand or patent, that violate any intellectual and/or industrial property right of a third party and that have been manufactured, put on trade arena and/or imported by illegal means, as well as the sale and promotion of their copies or imitations, are forbidden.
Personal Data: The sale and promotion of information that violates personal rights such as any type of private news, photograph, image, telephone number, e-mail and residence address, are forbidden.
Matchmaking Service: The sale or promotion of all matchmaking services, regardless of whether real or virtual, including but not limited to dating services, and the services of granting memberships in friendship websites, meeting with persons and/or mediating for people's meetings, are forbidden.
Hacking and Program Cracking Software: It is forbidden to sell hacking and program cracking software, the software providing illegal access to servers and websites, the software providing illegal access to mobile phones and other communications or content distribution systems/devices, decoder products decrypting cable or satellite signals to have free cable services, the software and products capturing Wi-Fi signals and breaking their passwords, any type of graphic card, software, device and equipment decoding the transmissions of broadcasting organizations that broadcast encrypted feed.
Prohibited Publications: As per the applicable legislation, it is forbidden to sell or promote journals, newspapers, cassettes, CDs, VCDs, DVDs and similar publications which praise any type of divisive, racist, reactionary and illegal political thought and entities and whose publication and distribution constitute a crime.
Forged Documents: The sale of forged identity cards, passports, diplomas, monies and titles of nobility are forbidden, except for those that can be directly understood by persons with ordinary intelligence to have been produced for fun and not to be conforming to their original.
Chance Game Tickets, Coupons, Papers, Gambling: It is forbidden to sell documents of any kind such as tickets, coupons and similar documents for chance games whose results are not yet clear. Horse races, any sales that are considered within the definition of anticipation of match result and similar chance games as well all sales that could be considered as gambling, betting or anticipation, are forbidden.
Products with Sexual Content, Pornographic Products, Adult Products and Materials: It is forbidden to sell or promote any kind of adult sexual fantasy products and pornographic publications (VCD, DVD, VHS, journal, book, brochure, etc.), child porn or products of any kind involving inappropriate images of children, products and materials presenting human genital organs toward sexual activity, any type of products and materials bearing the inscription of "18+".
Residents accept, represent and undertake that, it is forbidden to sell any type of products whose sale is prohibited as per the legislation, including but not limited to the products mentioned above, over the Platform, Residents will be liable for any kind of legal and penal responsibility that have arisen and/or will arise from the Contents involving the prohibited products, and Residents shall be responsible for all damages incurred and/or will be incurred by HOMY due to the sale of prohibited products.
